The in-studio dress rehearsal will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd, at the Concord Studio.
Dancers should arrive with all costume requirements, including hair, and makeup fully prepared.
Please note that parents are not allowed to observe the rehearsal due to space restrictions and to minimize distractions for the dancers.
Thank you for helping us ensure a smooth and focused rehearsal for everyone!
Check-In and Rehearsal Schedule:
Parents must accompany dancers to the building for check-in. Please note that rehearsal is closed to parents, and they are not allowed to watch.
Dancers must arrive with their hair and stage makeup fully done. There is no space or sufficient staff at the theater to assist with hair and makeup.
From 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM, dancers will have a snack, preset their costumes, and touch up their hair and makeup. If you need to assist your dancer with makeup or hair, you may meet them in the Social Room at KPAC during this time.
Post-Performance:
Dancers will not be released directly from the stage. After the performance, they will return to the dressing area to change out of their costume and collect their belongings. While your child is changing, we kindly ask that you meet your guests outside the theater (if weather permits) or in the lobby.
Pick-Up After the Performance:
To pick up your dancer, parents should line up in the hallway outside the backstage door. Dancers will be called out one by one to ensure they are safely reunited with their parents.
Rehearsal and Performance Timing:
The dress rehearsal and performance will begin on time. Rehearsals follow a tight schedule, so please ensure your child arrives on time. If a dancer is late and misses rehearsal, there will not be another opportunity to practice on stage.
Thank you for your cooperation in making this a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone!
Parking:
Free parking is available; however, spaces close to the theater are limited. Guests needing assistance may be dropped off at the front entrance.
Theater Rules:
Food and drinks are not allowed in the theater.
If you need to exit the theater during a performance, please do so between numbers, using the exits at the rear of the theater to minimize disruptions and maintain courtesy to other audience members.
